Rules for Scouts and Guide Quota Appointment

Procedure of Applying
|
The recruitment is made by various Zonal Railways and Production Units individually. This organization is one amongst the Production Units of Indian Railways.
There could be maximum two appointments in Group ‘D’ category of posts and one in Group ‘C’ in a year. As and when the recruitment process is set in motion, the advertisement notice shall be given in the Employment News or Rozgar Samachar published weekly by the DAVP of the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting. No proforma for submitting application has been specified by the Railway Board or this administration. As and when recruitment notice is issued, the proforma shall be devised and notified appropriately. The age limits, educational qualifications, mandatory and desirable Scouts/Guide qualifications alongwith the closing date for submission of applications with other requisite details as regards fee and its mode of payment shall be inserted in the said employment notice.
There shall be written test, assessment of Scouts/Guide qualifications and experience followed by personality test/ interview
