RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT-2005
Desired Information under RTI Act 2005 can be sought by:
Submitting an Application, alongwith one a photocopy of photo identity card as a proof that the applicant is a citizen of India, (Mandatory U/s 3 of RTI Act) addressed to PIO DMW/Patiala at DMW Reception Office alongwith a fee of Rs.10/- in cash or by post alongwith IPO/DD Draft/banker cheque in favour of FA&CAO/DMW Patiala.
The photo identity card can be any of the following:
Voter ID card, passport, PAN card, driving licence, photo identity card issued by central/state governments, student identity card with photograph, nationalised bank passbook with photograph, credit card with laminated photograph, Aadhaar card and photo identity cards having serial number issued by public sector undertakings.
Timings:
The application can be submitted on all working days from 09.30AM to 12.30PM and 14.15AM to 16.30PM rom Monday to Friday and 09.30 A.M.to 12.00 P.M. on Saturday .
